Technical Addenda and Reports
The technical reports and addenda listed below set out the detailed additional research that was undertaken following the consultation on NRAC's original proposals in summer 2006.These papers present results as at the time of the production of each individual addenda. The results set out in NRAC's Final Report represent the final version of the NRAC Formula taking account of the methods used in the Technical Addenda. However the results may differ from those shown in the individual Addenda because of the sequential nature of the Formula.

In 2004, the Scottish Executive commissioned Deloitte to research the possibility of creating allocation formulae for then Family Health Services (FHS) budgets. The three areas to be considered were dental, ophthalmic (eye) and pharmaceutical services. The resulting research reports were issued to NHS Boards and professional organisations for feedback during January 2006.
